Returns and Policies

Getting a package in the mail should be exciting! I hope that, when you order a beautiful handmade piece of jewelry from Heartwish Designs, that excitement will carry through each time you wear it.

I check everything that goes out very thoroughly for secure joins or loose threads. Still, an item that you order may arrive, and something is wrong, or you just decide it is not for you. Or, you might want to enquire if it can be made longer, shorter, etc.

If the item arrives, and it isn’t what you hoped for, a return can be made within 14 days. Item must be returned in resalable condition. Postage is at buyer’s expense.

If the item arrives and there is a problem with the actual construction, please contact me right away so that we can remedy the situation. It might be a simple fix.

Options include:
mail it back to me for a full refund (shipping to me is at your expense)
mail it back to me to adjust something that needs to be fixed (my return shipping of the fixed item back to you is at my own expense)

Sometimes the length is not adjustable; this is true particularly with woven necklaces. If this is the case, I state this up front in the description of the item, with an accurate measurement.

Sale items are non-returnable.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit confirmation by email. There is no refund for shipping charges on returned items.
